Not only will you feel like a new person, you'll also look fantastic. The treatment starts with an energising pressure point facial massage - a gentle ritual that feels wonderful and will revitalise tired, wintry skin, making you appear visibly younger. After this you step into a spring bath in which refined salts and a blend of essential oils penetrate deep beneath the skin to release their magic. Bergamot, a classical anti-stress oil that will brighten your mood, is used in conjunction with juniper, a strengthening, fortifying oil. Juniper is especially important in a spring bath because it also helps the body to release excess water. Rosemary is a fresh, clear oil which stimulates the mind. Fresh, tangy petit grain oil releases tightness and tension in the body. Cypress oil, helpful for oedema, cellulite and unclogging the lymphatic system, is also added to the bath. The spring bath is followed by a wellness wrap which nourishes the whole body, tones the skin and has a revitalising effect, particularly on "problem areas".
