| For three days during mid-June 2004, the attractive old town of Bad Wildungen with its timber framed buildings will once again be fully dedicated to jazz. The festival focuses on traditional jazz: New Orleans, Dixieland, hot jazz, swing, blues and boogie will spread a good mood from three open-air stages, however Bebop, Caribbean, soul and funk music will also be heard. And workshops with renowned musicians will be offered for active jazz players. Apart from the main stages, on Sunday afternoon the marching bands will again pass through the streets. Those looking for a mix of stylish hospitality and a visit to the jazz festival can book a 3-day package in the hotel-restaurant Schwanenteich. The all-in price of 435.00 Euros includes 3 nights’ accommodation in a first class double room, two 3-course meals of your choice, a welcoming cocktail as well as a regional speciality.
