Gourmet Specialities from the Kellerwald and Edersee

This year, eleven restaurants in and around the first national park in the state of Hesse are offering "Gourmet Specialities from the Kellerwald und Edersee". Right up to December 2004, all these served-on-the-plate dishes will be available in consistent quality for only €11.00 per person.
"Kellerwald Classic" is now the thirteenth special quality campaign to be carried out by the spa resort of Bad Wildungen-Reinhardshausen in cooperation with the regional catering sector. The dishes on offer include both typical regional specialities as well as international cuisine. Previous themes included "Waldeck Fantasies", Waldeck on tour" or "Waldeck Legends". This year, the chefs are focusing their creativity on the recently established national park which, with its endless forests, soft meadows, the River Eder valley and, above all, the ancient beech woodlands, is perfect country for walkers and hikers.
