The heat flows slowly and comfortably through your whole body. The gentle and soothing aromatic bath spreads a mild fragrance: cinnamon, orange and coriander. Breathe in deeply and relax! "Cinnamon warms and stimulates the circulation in a pleasant way, orange is sensual and lively, coriander has a balancing effect, reduces stress. It has an encouraging and easing effect, even at times when you feel over-burdened", explains Erika Siegmund, the managing therapist of the “Symphony of the Senses” Bad Neuenahr Health and Well-being Centre. She had a special idea for the winter season. The packages “Winter Night" and "Winter Dream" are two luxury programmes tailor-made for the cold season, with herbal healing power. They give a pleasurable feeling of contentment and cheer the spirits - not only during ice cold weather.

"We want to strengthen the immune system and gently stimulate the body", explains Erika Siegmund. That is why she has deliberately included essences and medicinal herbs with a touch of winter - such as orange, cinnamon and coriander - in both packages. "In this way, one can build up protection against the many attacks of this wet and dark time of year", says Erika Siegmund.

The package „Winter Night“ in Bad Neuenahr begins with an aroma-rich head steam-bath, before it’s time to move on to a pleasant full bath. The goody is obvious in the aromatic full bath, and there is also plenty of cream with the bath ingredients such as coriander, cinnamon and orange. In addition to this, as a special treat in the tub, there is a glass of steaming mulled wine - brewed of course from excellent local Ahr red wine – to enjoy in the splendid surroundings of the art nouveau bathing house. The subsequent whole body massage with extracts of almond oil is pure relaxation - and the best preparation for a wonderful winter night.

In the second package, "Winter Dream", relaxation and well-being begin at the feet: the connoisseur can first expect a footbath and a pleasant and exciting foot-reflex zone massage. "The foot reflex zone application has effects all over the entire body. Many people are repeatedly taken aback by how strongly the body is reflected in the feet areas", explains Erika Siegmund. Afterwards, a cup of mulled wine and a tasty baked apple provide the relaxing final touches.

Winter packages can also be combined with a "Dream Weekend" in Bad Neuenahr. Whereas the "Winter Night" package costs € 59,-, the "Winter Dream" is available for € 49,-.
